Postnatal Yoga & Wellness Workshop with Sue

Join Sue for an exploration of the benefits of postnatal yoga. In addition to having her RYT-200, Sue is an occupational therapist with advanced training in pelvic floor and postnatal health. Postnatal yoga aids in healing and relaxation while restoring strength to the abdominal and pelvic floor muscles. Postnatal classes also offer a nurturing and supportive environment in which new mothers can connect. Sue will share strategies for supporting pelvic and abdominal health as well as practices to help restore vitality, balance, and strength. Most appropriate for women from approximately six weeks postpartum and up. Pre-crawling babies welcome. We will explore safe, strength and flexibility building yoga postures as well as breathing and relaxation strategies. No prior experience with yoga or meditation necessary.
