Carmen, April 25, 2019 at 7:30 p.m. at Artis-Naples Hayes Hall. The season will conclude with Georges Bizet’s Carmen (sung in French with English supertitles). Carmen, set in southern Spain, presents a love triangle with the zesty temptress gypsy girl Carmen, at the center between a love-struck soldier who descends into jealousy and desperation, and a handsome bull fighter. Everyone will recognize the “Toreador’s Song.” Maestro Ramón Tebar will conduct the Naples Philharmonic Orchestra with an international cast in this fully staged opera. Ticket prices: $25 - $115.
