The Cape Coral Lee County Public Library is one of six regional libraries serving Lee County. The Spanish architecture of the building is distinctive and often remarked on. The Friends of the Library organization operates an art gallery with artwork by local artists changing monthly.

Friends of the Cape Coral Lee County Public Library The Friends of the Cape Coral Lee County Public Library group is a non-profit, volunteer organization that helps library staff raise awareness of the library’s cultural and educational assets in the community by enhancing programming and services through the development of supplemental financial resources. Resources are made possible through membership fees, donations, fund raising events, book sales and grants from outside organizations.
