Gather at Tarpon Point Marina is the new waterfront dining concept from the partners who brought Fathoms Restaurant & Bar and The French Press to Cape Harbour Marina in Cape Coral, and also developed Black Salt Catering. The restaurant opened in October 2017 and is owned by Timothy and Meredith Hoffman and Valeria Zanella Voisin and Benjamin Voisin.

"Our amazing team [gave] us the push to do this new concept in Cape Coral," said Valeria Zanella Voisin, who also serves as the new spot's marketing director, handling the marketing, social media, events (along with Kathy Stephane), and merchandise for all four companies.  

So far, Zanella Voisin reported, people in the community love the new addition, which serves its popular dishes, such as pancakes for breakfast and spicy shrimp and chorizo for lunch and dinner.

"[Gather has] a fanatic atmosphere, great cocktails and nice food," she continued. "We hope to be known as a place to relax and enjoy good food and drinks while enjoying the view at Tarpon Point."

The space sees changes often for the various events it hosts. Every Friday, Gather hosts a DJ, and on one Saturday each month, they bring in a percussionist and trombone player from the West Coast.
