Roofing by HOMEPLUS is owned and operated by Navy veteran Bobby Rinko Jr. Born and raised in Cape Coral, Rinko strongly believes in taking care of his customers and fellow vets alike.
Roofing by HOMEPLUS was founded in 2006 and does residential and commercial roofing, including repairs on virtually any kind of roof (shingle, tile, metal, and commercial flats). Recent projects include: The HOMEMAG building and Fords Garage, both located in Cape Coral.

Personally speaking, what is your favorite thing about your business?
That we are able to help others protect their property and families by providing them with a new roof!
What is a common question you get? Your answer to it?
'How long does it take to install a new roof?'
It depends on the type of roof being installed, but typically about two weeks.
What's the biggest compliment you've received about your business?
How prompt we are and keeping the site clean during the project and especially the final walk-through and clean-up!
Are you involved with or do you support any local nonprofits, community organizations, or causes?
American Legion Post 90, VFW Post 8463, Cape Coral Chamber of Commerce, Elks Lodge 2596, and serve as a board member on the Cape Coral Construction Regulation board.
Why did you choose to be in Cape Coral? Why is this city important to you?
[I was] born and raised here, plus [I'm] third generation. It's good to be able to help out the good people of Cape Coral.
How has COVID-19 impacted your business? Have you rebounded? Did you do anything special given the circumstances?
Almost no impact since we work outside on the roof. The challenge is acquiring materials due to the interruption to the supply change.
