Enjoy The Holiday Lights!

The Cape Coral Chamber of Commerce offers The Holiday Festival of Lights on Saturday, December 7, 2024, a regular celebration for over 30 years. The whole family can enjoy the free holiday spirit and fun as they take pictures with Santa, participate in the Snow Drift Slide, and take the Tiny Tots Train around Snowcap Square, and more! The event takes place from 4 pm to 10 pm on Cape Coral Parkway East—from Del Prado to Candia Street. Park on side streets that allow parking. For more information, visit Cape Coral’s Chamber of Commerce at https://www.holidayfestivalcc.com

Ring in the New Year!

On Tuesday, December 31, from 6 pm to midnight, Cape Coral will offer a New Year's Eve Celebration & Ball Drop on SE 47th Terrace (between SE 9th Place and SE 11th Place)—a  free community-wide event that is open to all ages.

“Cape Coral Parkway and SE 47th Terrace are vibrant destinations that offer something for everyone, including revelers!,“ says Kaitlyn Mullen, The City of Cape Coral’s Senior Public Information Specialist.

Downtown Cape Coral will be closed off to traffic, making way for thousands to enjoy a family event with free live local music, exciting entertainment, festive fireworks, delicious food vendors, great shopping, games and activities for the little ones, a New Year’s countdown to 2025, and much more! There will be to ball drops. One for the earlier crows at 8 pm, and another later one at the stroke of midnight.

Enjoy the Show!

Music lovers should mark their calendars for Thursday, March 26, for a free ‘Concert in the Park’. The event takes place from 5 pm to 8 pm, and the music starts at 5:30 pm.  Attendees can enjoy free live music, food trucks, and a beautiful sunset!  Bring a chair and blanket. Come with friends, family, or go solo.

Cape Coral’s festive events are offered throughout that year. They are designed to bring the community together, such as the recent Veterans Day Parade and the Halloween Trunk or Treat. “These events add to the area's dynamic and welcoming vibe, “adds Mullen.
