Guided Walk Thursdays at CREW Flint Pen Strand

Guided walk with CREW Trust through our newest trail system, Flint Pen Strand.

Join our CREW Trust volunteers on an interpretive walk through Flint Pen Strand, a unique part of the Corkscrew Regional Ecosystem Watershed (CREW). Your guide will show you around the Kehl Canal, headwaters of the Imperial River and through various habitats that are undergoing habitat restoration. Wildlife sightings include white-tailed deer, swallow-tailed kites and wading birds.

Hikes will cover around 1.5 miles of uneven ground from 9 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.. Please join a little early, if possible, between 8:45 and 9:00 so that everyone is set for a 9:00 start.
